When I moved from insurance to recruitment I quickly realised that I had found the right career for me: helping other people find the right career for them.
And I soon realised that medical and scientific recruitment in particular was where I wanted to be. I’ve loved getting to know different healthcare and scientific professionals and getting an understanding of the important work they do. I’ve also loved learning more about different hospitals, homes and facilities and discovering how they work.
Over the years I've built up networks and connections which help me find the right job for the person, and the right person for the job. I’ve also learned a lot about the pitfalls and disappointments that people, including myself, encounter when working with agencies. I was keen to put all this knowledge to use in creating a recruitment consultancy that offers a personalised, honest and direct service which gives people what they need.
